Qualitur was born from a genuine passion for Cap-Vert, its islands with contrasting identities and the warmth of its people. The agency was built around a simple idea: offering trips designed from the ground up, far from standardized itineraries.

Based in São Filipe, on the island of Fogo, Qualitur is a local English-speaking agency that designs tailor-made itineraries throughout the archipelago — from Santo Antão to Santiago, from São Vicente to Brava, including São Nicolau, Sal and Boavista. Over the years, the team has built a network of trusted partners and developed in-depth knowledge of inter-island connections, seasons and the unique rhythms of each territory.

At the origin of the project, Fatima wanted to create an agency in her image, focused on people, discovery and respect for the country. Her on-the-ground experience allows her to design balanced and realistic itineraries. Alongside her, Paulina supports English-speaking travelers with care, from trip planning to their return. Together, they ensure that each journey is conceived as an encounter, a gradual immersion in Cape Verdean culture.
